Purpose

NovyDeco is a decompression planning and dive logbook app published by Novy Draneb. By using it, you accept these terms.

Safety warning

The app and the information it provides are for information and education only, “as is” and without warranty of any kind. It replaces neither proper training, nor a dive computer, nor your own judgement. Diving, especially technical and rebreather diving, carries serious risks that may lead to injury or death: you use the app at your sole risk.

Trial and subscription

The app can be used for free for 10 days. After that, a yearly auto-renewing subscription gives access to all features. The price is shown in the app and in the store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm the purchase.

Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically every year at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it at any time from your account: in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow the rules of the store concerned.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app on your devices. On iPhone, Apple's standard App Store licence agreement (EULA) also applies. The app includes open-source components, including libdivecomputer under the LGPL, listed in its legal notices.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher accepts no liability for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the app, the inability to use it, or any inaccuracy of the information provided.
