Everything you need to prepare a decompression dive

Open circuit and rebreather
Diluent, ppO₂ setpoint, bail-out gases. For every CCR dive, NovyDeco computes the rebreather plan, the bail-out plan and their “max” variants.
Gas management
Air, nitrox, trimix, multiple cylinders. Consumption, remaining pressure, reserve, and an alert as soon as a cylinder drops below its reserve.
Full runtime
Depth, duration, run time, gas, ppO₂, END, CNS and OTU for every segment. Export the plan as PDF to carry it or share it.
Graphical profile
Depth / time curve with per-compartment ceilings, cylinder pressures and gas switches. Touch the profile to read the tissue state at that moment.
Dive computer simulator
Replay the plan minute by minute: ceiling, TTS, ppO₂, tissues, just like on a computer screen, so you know what to expect underwater.
Comparison and GF variants
Several dives side by side, and automatic generation of gradient-factor variants to see their effect on decompression time.
Logbook

Read the plan
Stops, runtime, consumption per cylinder and alerts. The standard plan and the “max” plan are computed together.
Simulate, compare, export
Replay the plan in the virtual computer, compare variants, export to PDF and find your dives again in the logbook.

Frequently asked questions
Bühlmann or VPM-B: which one should I pick?
Bühlmann ZHL-16C is the most widespread compartment model; gradient factors tune its safety margin. VPM-B models micro-bubble growth and tends to call for deeper stops. NovyDeco offers both, with separate settings, so you can compare and follow the practice you were trained in.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. All computations run on the phone. NovyDeco does not request Internet access; only the subscription goes through Google Play.
Which dive computers can I import from?
Shearwater Perdix and Petrel connect over Bluetooth with a choice of which dives to import. Other models go through the libdivecomputer library, which supports most computers that communicate over Bluetooth.
Is it available on iPhone?
NovyDeco is currently available on Android only.
Can I trust the computed plan?
NovyDeco is a planning tool. It does not replace your training, your dive computer or your judgement. Check every plan, adapt it to your certifications and always dive with a backup plan.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. There is no account and no NovyDeco server. Your plans and logbook stay inside the app, and you can export them to a file.
